The hotel owners wife also gave Oliver's picture back to Tony when she showed him the coin - the picture in the basement could have been drawn by someone not Oliver to leave a clue along with Oliver's scarf.

wonder who makes the decision as to how it ends - must be a responsibility - some of the subject matter is a bit sick.

Dont worry sparkle I am hopeless at these things and annoy my husband by asking questions all the time - I wouldn't be a good detective! Can't even remember the coin at all nor who gave back the drawing! I must be thinking of something else while I'm watching ...

I was wondering about the mother of Oliver too.
She seems to acting strange.............
