We got our first Christmas card today. Mid November whaaaaat?  What's that about then? Who on earth sends them this early?  I can understand v busy people maybe writing them early but posting them  . Crazy. (To do list - write cards, post them. Tick - got that out of the way then.....!!!!). Just have to put it somewhere and hope I find it come mid-December when we start to think about decs and hanging cards etc. Not bah humbug by the way as I love Christmas - but just at the right time

Nooooooooooo I don't want a single card until at least the first week of December.It's a pain in our house,as it's our anniversary at the end of November,then OHs birthday then Christmas,flippin cards everywhere

You didn't have to open it yet  I have to make a list of the few people that will receive one - I may buy a box of 30 rather than crawl into the attic to find the ones left over ..........

Um CLKD - you may laugh - I don't normally leave mail unopened and really didn't think it was a Christmas card due to it being 22 November! The postal strike is not going to happen (if it does at all) until after the election. Still no excuse for Novemeber!!!!

Saw my first Christmas tree in someone's window today. It November

Littleminnie when in Scotland week before last there were two houses near to where we were staying that had their decorations up, then last week as I was walking in a nearby town one house had all their's up as well. Surely you would be bored of them by the time Christmas rolled around!!

I am thinking about which wreaths to fetch from the attic to put up through Dec. into mid-Jan..  But haven't got into the attic yet.

We have absolutely no decorations    no point,we're not here yabbadabbadoooooooo

My brother rang me last week and mentioned his daughter has had her tree and decorations
up for the last two weeks...!!!!! WHY!??

Jill!!!! Get right round to her house and pull them all down,should be illegal

What he didn't tell you was, she hadn't yet taken them down 

I saw a decoration yesterday: really wanted it but it wasn't for sale
