If you have Windows 8, you can now have a live tile for Menopause Matters that updates with posts from the forum.
For the live tile to update, you must have Internet Explorer set as your default browser.
Set default browser: (charms/settings/pc settings/defaults).
Then in Internet Explorer load the website http://www.menopausematters.co.uk , right-click tab, chose: open in immersive browser, click favourites icon, click pin icon (you can type 'Menopause Matters' in the box that appears).
You'll now have a tile on your Windows 8 Metro Start Menu or on your Windows phone. Clicking the tile takes you to the Menopause Matters homepage.
