Great if it works.

I had acupuncture on my knees. First time was great and really helped. The second time really hurt and it was stopped after two sessions.
Hubby gave up smoking through acupuncture so I think it's great.

How about Reflexology?
I think it uses the same type of pressure points as Acupuncture - perhaps it's less intrusive?

I trained as a Reflexologist I learned in a year, an Acupuncturist trains for about four years or more.

The NHS endorses it, I am on the waiting list for prescribed Acupuncture on the NHS.

I have had it many times privately.
