I feel like crying, no idea why
« on: July 26, 2014, 04:16:20 PM »

I have been on elleste duet since January and
sat two months periods have now stopped. Is there a link to me being snappy and irritable with everyone close to me in last week only...., but. Most importantly....I feel like I am wanting to cry...but no reason and can't or won't. Just feel like I am best on my own.......little things are irritating and almost everyone's annoying me...think this triggers from little things which seem to be triggering explainable bigger and disproponate  feelings...a bit like depression symptoms but have come on in a matter of days only

HORMONES  >:(.  Sudden feelings of tearfulness etc. come over us when hormones are on the wane.  Have a read of the menus left of screen.

Keeping a food/mood diary might help too.

Let us know how you get on, ask away.  When are you due for a GP review?

Sorry not sure I understand. Have you stopped your HRT or been on it from January and have had your symptoms get worse again.

Probably being a bit thick but some more details would help.
