Yes, its on low.But then I have to keep switching the fan on for the hot flushes.

We had the electric blanket on all night  :-\ - I felt cold from mid-thigh down to my toes!

My feet are sweaty and clammy as are my hands .. ( like my hot flush is being released via my feet )

Then they just get cold… until the next rush of sweaty clammy feet

I’ve always found it weird but at the moment I think the whole of me is weird lol 😂

My feet often feel cold when they apparently are not.  I also feel that my feet are 'wet' although they don't sweat   .......... I live in socks which means that my heels need Nivea every night.
