Do you have a good income Mrs J? I think it is a lack of funds which stop many couples from going their separate ways. It's not always possible to buy two properties out of funds from a jointly owned one and renting is so expensive.

Hi Taz

I am a nurse ( community but work with children) so not too bad. I rent now and pay some of the mort on the shared home so funds are tight.I would rather be broke than unhappy thou xxxx

Good for you - it must be difficult on what's not a huge salary. It's finding the deposit and three months rent up front which has floored a couple of friends.

Hi Taz

You are right hun. I had a fab girlfriend who has helped me enormously, with furniture and money bless her. I have to support two houses until one is sold- so not good.

Anyway my older lad has given me an invite to the pub.....off i go again and dinner out tonight with friends xxxxx
