Turning 50 was MUCH easier than turning 30, that was depressing.
I'me 55 now, 56 holds no fears, well not many.....

All I can say is - I wish I was 50 again!!! Luckily I didn't start meno until 2-3 years down the line so I felt just as I always had done - no aches and pains, two young children, no tiredness and still with a zest for life with all its highs and lows. Now I am 60 everything is on an even keel and I didn't like turning this age and still don't relish the sound of it, but happy I am in good health compared to some and feel well and contented most of the time (partly thanks to HRT!). When I turned 40 I was 6 months pregnant with 4th child so that felt odd, and 30 I had a great party!
I'm sure I read yesterday that it was someone's birthday today - I was going to wish her happy birthday - well whoever you are!!!
