I'll be 51 in 4 months but have only ever missed 2 periods in a row.  Have been experiencing night sweats, flushes, spots, emotional and now palpatations.  Finding sage tea seems to help alleviate the flushes a bit.  Trying wellwoman capsules too.

Hi Suzi

Do you still doubt yourself though and think hubbys playing away over any little thing after this length of time? or have those feelings calmed down.  I know deep down inside my poor hubby wouldn't and doesn't get chance to mess about but these little doubts keep creeping into my head and I dont know where they come from.  One week I'm fine and feel at peace, the next I'm full of anxiety and thinking everything under the sun!!  Please tell me these feelings do pass with time and I'm not going to be like this forever, I'll be heading for a divorce if it does.

Congrats on your forthcoming grandchild, they are so much fun and will definitely keep you occupied and feeling young  ;)

Yours needs to know that your sudden blow ups aren't his fault (even if they are)

Furniture fitted Milliemoo, after they had taken sofas to bits & rebuilt them.

It is so helpful to read these threads and know we are not alone in this.

I too have been totally unreasonable about a lot of stuff recently, In a blink of an eye I wonder why I made such a fuss but you can turn back time. Then I get upset because I have been unreasonable.

My dear hubby is so understanding. I apologised for being so unreasonable and he said I should not upset myself about it, we are in this together and he wants to help me. Somehow knowing he does understand this is just a phase I am going through does help. I just want to ensure the phase does not last too long!
