I was fine, thank you littleminnie....but it was quite funny because, they ask you if you have any joint replacements or metal parts in your body. So of course I told them about my knee replacment......Then half way through the scan I remembered that I had a dozen staples in my stomach,
I pressed the buzzer and told them and they said it would be OK, but was I having any burning or pain in my stomach..?....thankfully I didn't, but lay there thinking any moment the staples would ping out
Anyway, as with most things, the thought of the scan was no where near as bad as I was anticipating.......
