They did say in 2wks they will take off this cast do more xrays, then hopefully fit a full cast, for 2wks..then i get supervised load bearing..hink this is a sirt of physio..cannot wait to stand on my own 2 feet again :)

Will try the talc it was itchy a little today :o xx

Also keep your thigh muscles tight/lax, tight/lax because this muscle soon disappears  :o  ::) - so whilst sitting with leg elevated tighten up thigh muscle, relax ...........

Hi Rosebush,
you really need to keep that foot elevated and do everything you're told.   I broke my foot 6 months ago and due to my impatience, constantly pushing my luck, I'm still having to have physio.   I was in plaster for 6 weeks but had to wear a walking boot and use crutches for a further 3 months.   Take care
