Home made chilli con carni - adapted from the Swimming World, when I say adapted I mean extras like red wine, tobasco sauce, marmite  ;D ;D

Cottage pie, cheesy herb mash topping on  OH's and mashed carrot and parsnip on mine. Mascarpone and lime cheesecake For dessert.

A roasted side of pork with parsnip: new spuds, cauliflower and sprouting broccoli boiled with apple sauce.  Stuffed.

Switching it up this weekend. Normally we have pasta on Sundays (dh is Italian...must have pasta) but since we are having a roast for Easter tomorrow, it's pasta tonight.  Sauce is bubbling on the stove.

OH - does that mean that you speak Italian, a lovely language.

DH makes lots of pasta dishes but I've gone off spaghetti so he makes rice for me  ::).  What roast can I expect when I pops over 2morrow  ;)
