Had our regular lockdown takeaway (been every Friday since it started) changed to Saturday for mum in law's birthday!! Lasagne & scrummy carrot cake. Today fast day so boiled eggs toast this morning when OH gets up, then stuffed peppers for dinner. x

Boiled eggs
DH is going to slice some chicken breasts and stir fry with veg., plus asparagus on the side.

Lovely vegan dish with sweet potatoes, chickpeas, brown rice, peanut butter and curly kale. Really yummy!
