We have had salmon and salad I really am getting fed up of salad now  :(

I cooked,belly slices for me & son, nice n crispy,
Chicken for OH, with baby spuds, broccoli, cabbage,
roasties, n carrots,
I eat the lot, it's the biggest meal I've had in weeks....

Then I had a coconut marshmallow thingy, haven't had one for years...

Italian meatballs in tom sauce (home grown toms) with homegrown courgettes (in garlic) and green beans! My husband also had tagliatelli with his  ::)

Freshly caught trout in foil with roasted veg. covered in black pepper and olive oil, in a pan with cauliflower on the top.

A veggie variation on chile con carne to have  with a jacket potato probably. I think I will use chick peas this time instead of kidney beans.

Have u tried black eyed beans, they make a gorgeous 'shepards' pie, in fact a great alternative to anything with minced animal in. Think I'm going to make phat thai if I remember to pick up the tofu.
