We had fish finger sandwiches as DH didn't know what to cook then I made pancake mix and we've just had a couple with lemon and sugar yummy  :)

Rib eye steak tonight with fried egg and Cyprus potatoes chipped.
Just had gluten free bread there with prawns and lovely fresh avocado 🥑 was so nice with my cuppa for lunch.xx

Don't call out for Kentucky fried chicken - they are closed.  Across the UK.  The excuse being, they can't buy enough chicken to meet demand  :-\.  Strange that this co-incides with a large company who handles chicken for the food industry also shutting due to mis-management ......... I think that this one will run  ;)

Salmon fillets in sweet chilli sauce and olive oil with boiled potatoes and broccoli (and peas for the boss).afters a cumbled flake over ice cream and chopped banana .
