Why should everyone eat the same
......... it's easier of course. When I was growing up meals were the same every night of the week: boiled eggs with fingers; beans on toast; bubble and squeak .......... when I couldn't digest eggs I would have jam on toast.
We tend to decide what we are going to eat mid-afternoon unless we need to plan ahead i.e. for a picnic. It was sprouts and mash with a roasted chicken: ready for tomorrow's day out
