'rare' lamb as in 'rare breed' or bloody  :-\

DH has been told that it's 5.10 p.m. so has scurried off to the kitchen to prepare small pieces of steak, chips and frozen peas  ;D bless him  :-*.  He had no idea of the time  :D

I prefer my beef and lamb to be rare, overdone and it looses flavour.

Sea bass for us tonight with broccoli and potatoes.

Caught by DH Honeybun  ??? - DH used to catch a lot when we lived in Wales but I don't like it much.  Done under the grill slowly, the skin lifts off easily once cooked  ;)

Our steak was lovely.

No chips, dogs are not supposed to eat potatoes.
