'rare' lamb as in 'rare breed' or bloody
DH has been told that it's 5.10 p.m. so has scurried off to the kitchen to prepare small pieces of steak, chips and frozen peas
bless him
. He had no idea of the time

I prefer my beef and lamb to be rare, overdone and it looses flavour.
Sea bass for us tonight with broccoli and potatoes.

Caught by DH Honeybun
- DH used to catch a lot when we lived in Wales but I don't like it much. Done under the grill slowly, the skin lifts off easily once cooked
Our steak was lovely.
