No cooking tonight it's my Mums 87th birthday today so we're all going out for dinner tonight really looking forward to it and my sisters giving us a lift so may partake in a couple  of G&T's think I deserve them as I've been working all over Easter.

We went out for Tapas it was delicious, but I made the mistake of having a dessert! Especially as I had a scone with butter & jam in afternoon. Now I just feel fat and so very guilty, but I always do this I should learn not to say yes to seeing dessert menu.

DH hadn't eaten the beef left over from yesterday  so we've had roast dinner again tonight.
