Knitting help

I wonder if anyone can recommend anywhere online which sells odd balls of chunky wool. I've decided to knit a cot blanket for granddaughter. I've got various scraps left over from previous knitting projects, but not enough. Not wanting to spend a fortune though. I've had a look online but wondered if anyone knows of good site.

That's OK.  There may be a knitting group locally too or perhaps start one in your Library ......... both Mums knittied, so did the Grannies on both sides of our family but me .......... <shrug> - knit 1, pearl 1, drop one  ;D

If you enjoy making the blanket you may find that your local Pre baby Unit is keen to have knitted blankets donated, or small caps etc..  That may be another link to finding wool or ask on Freecycle/freegle?

There's usually loads of odd balls on Ebay too.  I nearly always have a ball or 2 over after a project and sell them on Ebay.
