Kindle Fire

I have downloaded the OverDrive App to my Kindle and now I can download digital and audio books free! from my local library, they are on your device for three weeks and then, deleted.

I was told about this at my library yesterday, they support quite a few devices, I am really pleased about this as I pay £2 each time I take a audio book out of the library.

This the App I downloaded  http://omc.overdrive.com/

I have just downloaded my first free audio book from the library onto my kindle and it works!

This is the FAQs WiFi libraries in my area

http://www3.lancashire.gov.uk/corporate/atoz/a_to_z/service.asp?e=e&pageid=35586&siteid=6128&tab=3&u_id=3487

its worth asking in your local library if its available, they support ipads,  iphones Kobo, Nook etc.

Just tried and was told unavailable due to geographical restrictions.

Shame sounded really good.
