I had a total hysterectomy back in 1995,tried different methods of HRT,patches,tablets and for the past year been having implants,estradiol and testosterone combined,this has worked the best of all but wouldnt say i still feel my best,have suffered with depression since 1995 and the usual sweats,vaginal dryness,crappy nails and hair and not improved much with the implant,so my plan is to come off HRT to see how i feel.I have put 2 stone on since starting on the implants,if i felt great then i would overlook the weight gain but i dont.I was wondering if anybody else after having a total and used HRT for a while has come off? what it has been like? do you feel worse? not sure if i could feel worse to be honest,totally fed up,wish i could go back to the person i was before
