I sometimes get so muddled even I don't know what I am on about.
It's worse when I am stressed or tired.

I feel sorry for my hubby....his eyes glaze over as he tries to figure out what I am on about.

Even worse when you lose your train of thought mid argument, like I did last night. I then started shouting at hubby, but that's another story!  :o

Yes. The last 2 years I'd been noticing memory lapses & it was getting worse. There was one night that I laid in bed & couldn't remember my husband's name. I know that sounds funny but at the time I was really traumatised.  That coupled with the severe migraines forced me to see the doctor. Noticed a vast improvement since taking hrt.

I have a reminder setting on my phone and many a time I am busy setting myself a reminder and forget what I was reminding myself a bit, as for going to the shop and coming home without half of what I meant to get and forgetting to pick up the kids, its shocking :(

Yes I'm the same specially at work I got up from my desk went to out to the front office to get something and forget what it was how embarrassing I had to retrace my steps sit back down and think what the hell was it I was going to do it is worrying but I'm sure im not alone.  I did remember what it was in the end , but as for shopping well if I don't have a list when going shopping I'm hopeless my brain goes as soon as I enter the shop omg

Yes, it's a horrible disorientating feeling too at times.

I can identify with all the examples people have posted here.

I'm not on HRT as my physical meno symptoms are not bad atm. I do wonder if I should be on it for my more emotional/mental issues though.   :( :(

Millie moo....the reason i went to GP in 1st place was due to mood swings and feeling miserable and intolerant.
HRT made me feel normal again although the last few weeks I have emotionally felt as moody, intolerant and weepy.I know what it is and am trying to pinch myself when doing it as I already increased to 2mg 6 months ago and am worried about changeing HRT as elleste seems to control most other probs.

Well that's certainly food for thought Jax but I am on thyroxine and citalopram already.  Not sure how that would combine with HRT.
