CLKD
Googled withdrawal symptoms of Zopiclone and some articles said could experience withdrawal after just a week to 10 days use. Max you should be on it is 4 weeks. Symptoms such as sweating, dizziness, anxiety, headaches, palpitations, chills, drunk feeling, irritability, rebound insomnia, visual distortion - all of which I have. Many more symptoms reported which thankfully I don't have.
I had been on them for around 6 weeks.

Sounds as if you've been on them as well with your symptoms!!
Hope you feel better soon.

From another woozy headed person.  Xxxx

Not that particular medication and comparing mine with yours, well the 'possibilities' are the same  ::)

Still woozy .......... maybe it's the nerve in the back of my neck which is a little trapped  :-\ so must do some gentle stretching

I'm away to do my back and leg stretches. Have to do 15mins 3 x per day.
Agony but necessary.
Happy stretching CLKD.

Slept better and not as woozy today.  Had a deep bubble bath last evening which I am sure helped relax me.

Same here but cornflakes should kick in soon.
At least managing to get some sleep without Zopiclone. Not great but better than none.

Try not to think as you wake in the night that you've had all the sleep you are going to get.  Choose a nice thing you did/saw/said in the day and mull.  Let your thoughts drift ........ easier said than done I know  ::) .......... when I can't sleep I turn on the radio to soft music and pretend I'm skating  ::) ....... gently, softly across the ice .......

Trouble is I have a snoring partner beside me. Think I'll build him a kennel outside. Would probably still hear him!
