I bang myself regularly and think 'when the bruise comes out I won't remember how I did this'  ::)

Hi PN,
My GP said it was because your skin gets thinner as you get older and some people have a tendency to bruise more easily.
I haven't had as many bruises lately.
Perhaps I'm getting more thick skinned ;D
