Scorching - 27oc. Been for a bike ride with OH, he's now asleep (can't cope with the heat) I'm just out of lovely cold shower!!

Cool air with rolling mist windows open lovely, that was at 5.30 this morning. Gradually the heat has built up again. It is going to be another muggy night with 'Moana' the air conditioning unit grumbling all night in the bedroom. It sill be cooler tomorrow so they say.

Our dog flaked out on the floor in front of the fan...been putting ice in her water all day...🐕

Doggie ice lollies? Just water with a treat in it?
I've given our dog ice cubes, but she's not interested, our other dogs loved em. Not this one tho. Looks at it as if to say, what the bloody hell you giving me that for? 😂 it's not good enough for her! 😂🤣....will try with a treat inside.....x

22 in our car this morning up to 28. Opened the roof and windows and it went down to 25.

Dreadfully hot until 7.30 when it suddenly cooled. Sat on our patio until 9.30, absolutely no air and cool, watching the stars. Rain forecast for Wed.

Bedroom like a furnace, yet at 6.30am it was nice n cool outside, another sunny day but again too hot nearing 30c! Apparently according to the met office it's supposed to be cloudy and 10c cooler tomorrow

Been horribly hot. Now cooling off. It concerns me that this will be an average summer with climate change. A heatwave will be more like 47c or 50c and not 31c.
