Those flakes fell and the cloud moved away .......... no hills to enjoy here  :'( [thought I found a bungalow in Scotland yesterday  ;D ]

We have frozen snow and ice this morning not looking forward to the drive to work today.

It was freezing fog over-night now cleared to beautiful blue sky and hoar frost.

The bungalow I saw is for sale ;-).  Bit far in this weather though.  Thanks jaypo!

Thanks jaypo commute to work not to bad today all the roads were well gritted and traffic constantly moving but it took forever to de-ice the car.
It was -4 on temp gauge in the car all the way to work and only 0.5 on the way home it's been bitterly cold today.
Day off tomorrow and it's not supposed to be as cold (fingers crossed)

Snow  :o only a few centemeters but it's the first snow in a few years, the beast from the east didn't visit us last year  :D

I've just seen the local weather and they are saying there's a chance we could get more snow today !!!!!!!

I'm going back to bed as the heating hasn't come on hope it's not broken  :'(

11.30 p.m. nowt.  6.00 a.m. it had arrived.  Why is it always white  ;D - thawing now.  Sky grey still.  Birds busy on the feeders.  Hard to tell whether the snow falling is being blown off shrubs etc. or from the sky  :-\.  Not as cold.

Yes day off from paid work jaypo.
But DH has just gone to collect youngest DGD from pre school then back here for lunch then DH is collecting the two boys from school this afternoon ( I have a pr arranged nail appointment) and they are staying the night as son and DIL have gone on a spa break. Sorry gone a little of of topic here.

Fortunatley no more snow yet and heating working.The sun has made an apperence today so not as cold as yesterday.

Glad I didn't have the commute this morning but think I might of got more peace at work than at home today  :)
