blue sky, white clouds, bright but very cold - we had fog and frost last night - the heating is going on all evening now but at least its not raining here which is pretty miraculous!

Oh dear the grey, rainey  yukeyness has made it's way here!  It is what I would described as "dank".  Damp, fine rain, bit windy, but mild and clammy!

We never do that - I remove 4" to allow for ice formation if necessary.  We use rain water on the acid loving plants: camellia, blue-berries, heathers so need constant access.  It sniffs sometimes though  ::)

Blue sky now  :o drizzle gone.
