Really hot today. Hid inside for most of the afternoon. I am tired so the heat makes me feel off.

Set clear for us all week getting hotter, at the moment its much cooler and pleasant so hopefully will stay like that overnight.

Warm and sunny, but thankfully not as much as last year - we live in a converted old school building and our living room has hugely high windows with those slightly see-through blinds.  It's a lovely flat, but it can get really hot in here in the summer, even with the blinds shut and two fans going!    :sweatdrop:

It's 17° degrees here. Got all the windows open trying to cool the house down enough to sleep.
Another uncomfortable night ahead I think. Just want a sleep.

I neither know nor care; I'm rocking the hot flashes (unlike every other meno or peri symptom I have ever had to deal with) and looking forward to lower heating bills this winter.

Blooming freezing here this morning. We have thick fog. If we were to go just a few miles inland they are predicting 26 degrees. The joys of living on the east coast.
