I’ve got quite a good wee figure for 58 but boot leg cut is probably right for me nowadays  ;D…..
I’m still not going back to that shop, cheeky wee madam  ;D  ;D

New jeans on today. I had intended going for my usual skinny jeans but young lady said...
"I think you'd look better in the bootcut - more flattering".  :o.....
I promptly bought the boot cut and left with my tail between my chunky legs  ;D

I'd have bought neither and gone elsewhere. I absolutely hate it when shop assistants try to engage. I usually go shopping looking like a bag lady in the hope they'll leave me alone and never buy anything they tell me looks good because they never seem sincere, and the mirror tells me otherwise!

I know exactly what you mean, getting_old...
There's nothing worse when they insist on "helping you" when you really want to have a relaxing browse  :poke2:

Two more layers than a week ago  :-\.  Was that our Summer?  Thinking of putting the heating on again.

Despite the heat wave I've had the electric blanket on because my legs and feet feel cold at night.

Laurier university t-shirt, shorts and Birkenstocks, and staying in the house to keep cool.

And someone do something about the rain in London... I'm trying to watch Wimbledon! ;D

I'd do that willingly C.C., but we need it for our gardens. Not had much rain at all recently.
Today I'm wearing grey jeans, cream long sleeved t-shirt, emerald green cardigan, a maryjane shoe on the left foot and a surgical shoe on the right  >:(.

No, not a pink plaster  ;D. Had surgery to remove a nevus on a toe and send for pathology, and in the SAME foot I also have a suspect metatarsal stress fracture.  Good job it's all in the one foot!
