Brightening up here at the mo but all my seeds have died in waterlogged pots
Supposed to be gloriously sunny and hot but I think it's the usual problem that when you watch the BBC weather you get an emphasis on what's going to happen in London and not "ooup North" Put on 2 jumpers yesterday evening as could not bring myself to put the heating on hubby put his dressing gown on over his clothes. Right pair of old biddies we are

Thats a good idea!!! take turns.
He is the one that goes out for them...can never find anything 'girlie' as he calls it.
I do watch his type of movie with him, he tends to fall asleep during my chickflix.
Larky - your OH likes period stuff, does he like Catherine Cookson, theyve been showing them on Sky on Sunday afternoons lately. I love them.

We have more big black clouds over a very grey background, some rain this morning, quite chilly.

Annieb further "ooup north" the weather makes it's own mind up!
BBC/SKY conflicting weather reports. Actually not sure that weather exists north of the border sometimes!

We definitely get plenty of weather though.
One of the online weather forecasts told me that my area was going to have sprinkles today. I have never heard that one before. Showers yes.....sprinkles no
Actually I like the sound of sprinkles and yes its sprinkling down here at the moment.

I'd never get my daughter indoors if it sprinkled hundreds and thousands

Honeybun, here's a song that we used to sing at nursery. Drove me up the proverbial wall!

Today I woke up to tropical warmth and humidity, even some sun, still a lot of cloud cover, but I was hopeful
Just looked out of the window and its raining again
well at least its very warm.
