I should change the title, none of this is ovestin now, as not taken it in a week.

Not taking anything new until I feel my old (meno) self  ;D

And then once I'm my old meno self I will carry on working to be my old (self) self again.

Drink plenty of fluids, little and often.

Rest.  Try not to worry.  What ever the cause, this too will pass!

Thanks Jaypo and CLKD

I'm actually ok, had lunch, just prepping dinner.  As I say I was just worried because don't want it to be part of the cellulitis.  There's still twinges in the foot, but probably nothing.

Anyway, got more tidying done today than I expected so that's good.  Getting there.   :)

Slowly slowly.  What's the rush anyway?
