Booroo, hope you're feeling better today.
I do think that the more anxiety you have whilst going through meno the more symptoms you get or are more aware of which adds to the anxiety, it's a real vicious circle. Had you tried a meditation app like Headspace or Calm,you do have to subscribe to them but I have found Calm has helped massively.
I hope you find some relief from the burning, I found that continually sucking a boiled sweet helped a lot and to get the saliva production working again.
Alternatively if you are able you could try a low dose HRT but it's not for everybody x
