I have only just had a coil fitted 2 weeks ago but what I do know is from past experience any new hrt if your still spotting or any bleeding 6 months after starting you should get checked out with gp, I have been seen 5 times in the last few years in gynecology with bleeding issues or spotting all been OK sometimes I had  a polyp it was the hrt that's why I finally give in to trying a mirena coil

Many years ago when I stayed at my parents, one of the neighbours was in talking to my mum, we were sat on the sofa having our dinner, she was standing right in front of us and yes you have guessed ... she farted, well she didn't even stop talking, we all heard it and couldn't look at each other   

I remember in a previous job when I worked on reception, the disabled toilet was right next to my desk and I could hear everyone and I don't think they realised ... the Managing Director used to regularly use this toilet for a pee & farts but the thing was he would then come out and start chatting to me (he obviously didn't realise I could hear everything) and I had to then continue with the conversation with him with a straight face 

The kids used to say the same about granny and make jokes but erm I am getting to that age myself now and guilty as charged 

I often waken up in the morning with numb tingling fingers - I give them a wiggle for a couple of seconds and they then return to normal - my gp thought it was maybe carpel tunnel syndrome?

I believe that there is a blood test for ovarian cancer pointers, there's also the Charity 'ovacome' which is how I arrived here, year++ ago

Your symptoms are very typical of a skeletal and nerve issue. The wonders of the aging process, not for the faint hearted!
