Hi
I have been on lenzetto 2 sprays and 200 progesterone at night for 5 months. Slept perfectly and felt ok. One day I felt a little dizzy, and the next and the next. I stopped the HRT cold turkey, and 2 weeks later, in myself feel fantastic, more energy and sleeping fine, no symptoms returning yet and much better than when on the HRT, but still the slight dizziness. So I have to conclude it wasnt the HRT. Not all day every day and just a little woozy, not full blown room spinning. Anyone else had this please?

Post op we are told never to get constipated and that taking medication regularly will make sure we don’t Problem is there is so little support post op and nobody to give you advice once your signed off by the surgeon As I said GP was useless I follow a high fibre diet with additional prunes fruit and flax and lots of fluid. It’s just so unpleasant to have this side effect (assuming) of the meds I have some anterior vaginal prolapse but have not had surgery. Still careful though not to make it any worse. The advice I was given re figs was from a colorectal surgeon after I’d had surgery to remove an anal polyp. He said never to eat anything like All Bran which acts like concrete in the bowel. Have you looked at the Bladder & Bowel Community website for any info ? eg https://www.bladderandbowel.org/bowel/bowel-resources/toilet-positions/ |

As I said before I would strongly recommend being well informed about the anticholinergic burden of solifenacin so that you can decide whether the potential benefits outweigh the risks.
It is in the highest category in terms of anticholinergic burden, and this is often not spelled out to patients at the time of prescribing. Whilst I accept that there probably is a limited role for this class of medication in some patients, it is a double tragedy when it is prescribed to women whose underlying pathology is hypoestrogenism. |

A few years ago locals campaigned for a by-pass away from the village which eventually was dug and regularly used. Now however there are 'rat runs', plus additional housing and warehousing. being built so the road through the village is again busy

Some find that using at the regular time but mayB add on one occasional day to stop the body becoming overwhelmed until it becomes used to it. MayB put the product name into the search box to read the threads that pop up, make notes ;-)
