Usually people only walk about when they are good to the bathroom.  No it doesn’t rock at all.  Some long haul flights have a bar you cam walk to and sit at 😳
I normally put my headphones on and watch a film.

The Boeing 787-9 dreamliner experienced turbulence while airborne over Turkey, Dublin Airport's operator DAA said.

Upon landing shortly before 13:00 local time, Qatar Airways flight QR017 was met by emergency services including airport police, ambulance and fire officers.

Six passengers and six crew members reported injuries - of these, eight people have been taken to hospital.

DH dug out a large spirea which was overwhelming more shrubs, now they have sun, air and space.  Behind those today I've planted a hydrangea which has been in a pot: another will be tipped out and put into the same border, I need to buy another because I hate even numbers  ;D.  Lots of hellebores leaves need cutting back, something I usually do in Jan but in that particular border they are covering smaller plants, i.e. spring flowering yellow corms - name escapes me  ::).

Finger nails grubby now.  Plans whizzing round my head  ;D

I would feel the same!  What times does he actually work?

MayB it's time to have The Talk?  If he isn't aware of how you feel then he will be happy to relax in front of the TV, there is a lot of sport to watch from end of April.  [clued to Ride Britain final 1.3 k to go, so a sprint finish for the women]

I would ditch the utro for a couple of weeks and see how you are just on oestrogen. If you find it's utro causing problems you can either change to something else or use a sequi regime to give you mors time off it. I use a 6 week cycle.

It hasn't got better for me (5+ years). I take it in the morning now so it's worn off a bit by night. Not perfect but tolerable.

Depends what you're taking.

Oestrogen makes hot flushes better but progesterone stops the oestrogen from working as well and if I take both there is no overall improvement at all.

What are you taking?
I’m taking the estrogen gel and utrogestan orally my main symptoms are anxiety terrible insomnia
