As I said on your other thread, Bev, it doesn't matter how you do it - I think it's the process of trying that helps somehow. I suppose you're so busy trying to do it that it distracts you from the anxiety. Laughing is good!

bixby that excersise i actually got from you tube in the guided medetation bit and it did work for me it was called the quiet mind found it helpful xx

I now do them when i go out (not out loud) i,m finding it hard to get out my front door at the moment..they do help,,but the anxiety seems to be taking over me..i,v never been a nervse person untill now,,BEV
