Try upping your gel Disco. It sorted my anxiety out. Even just by a half a pump. 🤞🏼🤷🏼‍♀️

I was thinking of that to be honest but on the 2 pumps my sleep is so much better and last year when i had the heavy bleed it was because i wasnt on enough cyclogest and my estrogen spiralled.

i might have to try and increase the utro to 200mg first. if i go up from 2 pumps i will have to do that anyway. what dose of gel are you on and how much utro? sorry i know we shouldnt be discussing this here xx

I’m on 100mg utrogestion, and 3 and half pumps of gel.
I started off on 2 pumps, but symptoms were still there, 3 pumps were better, but I had anxiety bubbling away, and was teary, so went up another half pump, ( I think it’s half pump, I just don’t push the pump fully down) and after a few days, I felt better. Havnt altered ever since, and that’s been about a couple months now.
My meno doctor told me 100mg utro was enough to cover 6 pumps gel.
I have 3 days off every month, which I’m told, ‘ just resets everything’ .
