If I could down-load it, Tom Lehrer's 'the elements' would be here  ::) : BBC have used the idea to advertise programmes 'coming soon'

Sparkle, I absolutely agree with you, wild dancing is enormously therapeutic. Line up the old dance classics from your youth and strut your funky stuff!! I 'make' my daughter dance when the going gets tough, best therapy in the world! x

Haha, thought I was 18 again strutting my funky stuff, think I've done my back in!!  ;D

Love the Fatback Band. We used to hang out in lots of London gay clubs in the 70s which had the most fantastic dance music. We'd Whicky wacky, Bus stop and Yum Yum the whole night through!

Did they get your hips moving?  ;D
