Two of my favourites .... Time of Your Life by Green Day (and the original video to this is awesome, I think they have it on YouTube) and The End of the Innocence by Don Henley (and it HAS to be his version which has the piano in it). Fantastic words to both.

On the way back from the wedding, OH put on a CD by some chap who was in Credence Clearwater Revival, bit before my time but he sang a version of Garden Party, which I think Ricky Nelson had in the charts in the 1970s. Love the chorus ... "well it's alright now, I've learned my lesson well, see you can't please everyone, so you got to please yourself."  How true.
