I am so very lost here my go has increased my everol 50 patch to two for two weeks and the one with a conti for the remaining two weeks day 3 of the new dose from 50 to 100 and i have a bad headache and extremely tired little niggles in tummy is this something that will ease im so worried

That's a big increase. I'd be inclined to cut the second patch in half so you have a dose of 75mcg. You also need 1.5 conti patches so your oestrogen dose stays the same and you have an adequate amount of progesterone to balance it. There are plenty of bugs going round at the moment so your symptoms now may not be hrt related.
