Dr Louise Newson, a menopause specialist and founder of the Balance menopause app, is bringing her 2026 theatre tour, Breaking the Cycle: The Power of Hormones, to the Alban Arena in May.
The tour aims to educate and inform women of all ages about hormones, contraception and reproductive health.
Dr Newson said: “Women deserve more information, adequate support and better healthcare.
