So had a call last night with GP she's also meno trained.
Told her I was desperate at the moment with bad ailments due to coming off yasmin.
Tokf her whole story about what I'd already used...the cerazette etc. Now, my partner was looking in the medicine cupboard last night and sahd look what I found ... pack of zoeky from 2022 ... I saud you know I knew it didn't work fir me! Sane as femoston my peri fluctuations have always been too severe.
So bombsh3ll I'm so sorry I've has to stop them zoeky as I knew from old it wouldn't work I'd just forgotten about it.
So after chatting i asked her crazette or slynd she didn't hesitate "slynd" she said we dont even give this out becsusec its expensive (since I thought it must be goid then - hopefully nit naively)
She saud less side effects but remember you've git all those other pills inside yiu that need to come out ... so yiu mat feel nolt right fir a few days. .
How long does 3 days if Zoely take to come out sytem anyone know? And I heard that yiu get progesterone withdrawal.....it's ok you won't scare me lol if that's what yu get - its what yiu get.
I just hope this suppresses me and works. Suffered to long now.
If anyone has any experience or thoughts please do let ne know.
I've emailed the lady again from the Slynd manufacturer to ask is it imperative and rigid thst I take it sane time every day because I don't fancy waiting all day til 5.20pm .
I also asked about my estrogen evorel patch....I'd cut it down to make 88mg or roughly yesterday because of thr estrogen already in Zoely.
She saud now yiure om progesterone only ...I would up it again because of yiur anger that yiu had I 2022 when it all started and yhe crying ....so just put it back to 92 as it were so I did last night.
I told her 100 is a Tony but too much gor me I think ....I'm sure it makes me a bit jittery and heady ...coukd be something else but thought I'm best chopping it down...last noght and night before no noght sweats !
