Just asking if anyone is familiar with using Lenzetto as opposed to Everol?
Very briefly I was using very low dose of everol but it made me gain about 1 stone and last year I was fed up with that aspect of it I stopped and calorie counted and lost a stone in 3 months ( I tried dieting on everol but couldn't shift a pound !!
. ) So was happy with that but of course now I have the dreaded intimate dryness. I have tried using the little tablets every day Vagifem and cream but honestly it really doesn't help.
I saw the HRT nurse again today and she said to try Lenzetto . She seemed to suggest that I should put up with the weight gain to solve the dryness ..... I see her point but I wish one didn't come at the expense of the other
