Bombsh3ll this is for you- it won't stop it working will it? Got a confession on Saturday I cut the tablet to make 3mg.....didn't feel good .....so i tried again Monday at 4.45 ....just to be certain .....yesterday morning wow.....anger came back ....hard crying the lot.... so I said to partner that's it back to 4mg so we dud at 4.45 ladt night. . I've still woke with physical anxiety a bit ....is this fluctuations bomb?
Also bomb is my current regime going to "lift" me? Someone on here saud people Nedd more estrogen in relation to progesterone to feel goid or better maybe more awake? So im on 109 patch a d 4mg slynd. Woukd this mean me uppinhbmy patch.....I have 25mg patches here ....like cutting the 25 patch in half then half again. ??? I dont want slynd overriding the goodness and energy the estrogen provides.....I dont want to change pill either as my peri is very very bad when fluctuating.
What should I do here?
I know I've been stupid ...guess it was curiosity to see. But I know yiu were right now. So back to my question......the slynd will still suppress my ovaries as it states on their website page abd when I rang company....im just scared because I've moved the tine .....and .cut the tablet .....please help anyone and bombsh3ll I have to go work Monday abd im very anxious ....very much
So quwstion again (sorry)

1. Keep taking one full 4 mg Slynd tablet daily at 4:45 pm, no cutting or skipping.

2. Keep your estrogen patch the same for now.

3. Give it at least 1–2 weeks to stabilise - hormone receptors need that time to calm down.

4. If anxiety or fatigue stay strong after that, contact your GP/menopause specialist. They can check if a micro-increase in estrogen might help balance the progesterone.

More

1. Moving Slynd from 10 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. won’t stop it working.

2. Cutting the tablet caused the rough mood crash - don’t repeat.

3. Stick to the full 4 mg at your new time.

4. Let things stabilise before tweaking estrogen.

5. If fatigue or anxiety remain, talk to your clinician about a small estrogen top-up.
