What type of progesterone?
« on: August 25, 2025, 10:20:16 AM »

I think I am making myself more anxious.  I was on Everol Sequi 50 + 25 Everol.  In Feb it changed to Everol Conti 50 + 25.  At the end of May doc told me to stop the 25.  Had coil since June with Everol 50 and just asked to go to Ever 75.  Feel so tired, achy when I get up and want to shut myself away.  Not sure what to do for the best.  Could the coil be an issue? My bleeding has stopped which was the reason for having it in the first place.  Any advice? Thank you xx

It's probably that you need the extra oestrogen, so you could go to a 75 patch .

I agree with Dotty, far more likely that your own oestrogen production has decreased so you need a higher dose.
