Hi

I have been in surgical menopause for 8 years and am still having symptoms once a month - emotional, low mood for a few days. hot sweats, legs feeling very weird, to the point it made me cry this month, occasional vaginal atrophy, loss of appetite, drained, nausea, occasional migraine, palpitations, waking with dread and fear during the night.feeling wiped out occasional dizziness, and neck pain. Then I’m fine until the next month and it all starts again.

I take Duloxetine 30mcg.  I have Been on Estradot patches, up to 200mcg and also tried the estrogen/testosterone implant. Neither have worked. I ended up with tachyphylaxis on the implant.
 
I decided not to continue with the implant and I am currently on the 50mcg patch. I feel my life is in ruin. The symptoms are so debilitating at the time to deal with.

Has anyone had success with the spray or gel?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
