Thanks Minicat - that’s good to know - I actually found my old tens machine complete with 4 pads when I was having a turn out - I didn’t think I still had it! I’ll give it a go now you’ve told me where to put the pads - I certainly didn’t fancy the idea is sticking them you know where lol! The back I can cope with although I’ll have to be sure to avoid the HRT patches.
If it just takes the edge of I’ll be happy with that!

Just wanted to add on here & send hugs & empathy to all of you struggling with this wretched pain. I really still cannot comprehend why we are still suffering & not getting the appropriate help & treatment. It is true that no one would disagree how to treat a broken leg or many other health issues - so why this one?
I went down the multiple painkiller route years ago when my GP & gynae didn't know shat my GSM was. Not one of them gave any relief. I even had a steroid injection in the entrance to my vaginally & apart from being really painfull did nothing.
To concur that the lidocaine cream does help & regular use ( 2-3 times a day) does seem to really calm things down. I use it internally & externally.
This really is not good enough, is it, in this day & age. Makes me livid.
