Have been started on Evorel 50 and Gepretix 100 mg continuous after being on Evorel conti for year and a half where I was having bleeds and spotting every month. Have only been on Gepretix for just over a week but the tiredness is ridiculous… I take one at night time and I am knocked out until the next morning…. Tired all day and last night I had such bad nausea nothing was helping. My appetite has also stepped up a notch 😩 will this settle down anytime soon? Feel like I want Evorel Conti back even with the bleeding 🫣
