I’m interested to know if anyone has had success by reducing their oestrogen and increasing progesterone?
In menopause rather than perimenopause  specifically

hi there apologies for a late reply to your post.I started to get breakthrough bleeding after 10 years on hrt , uterine scan normal thin lining 2mm. So  I have recently just increased my progesterone ( utrogestan 100 mgs) from one capsule daily to two caps and found I am much better with a slightly higher progesterone dose. I was going to reduce the oestrogen from 50mcg to 36.5 mcg but will stick with the 50mcg . Hopefully the intermittent breakthrough bleeding will now settle as i feel really well with the increase in progesterone.

Is this to stop spotting or bleeding?  If so it didnt work for me sadly.
