What Happened to Fenugreek?
« on: July 04, 2025, 07:21:09 AM »

Hello ladies.

There was a recent post from someone who had tried Fenugreek supplements but it's disappeared. If it was an advertisement it was more subtle than most.

It is well known that Fenugreek contains phytoestrogens along with other foods such as soy and Red Clover so taking a supplement isn't a whacky idea and other ladies may have
some experience that they would like to share.

I wonder if the original post and my reply has been removed for any reason?

Take care ladies.

K.

I have some powdered fenugreek in my spice cupboard use it for curries. Not sure if it’s the same strength or not. Nice to know it has properties though!
